Spaghetti and pizza are 2 of my LOVES!!!!! I can't go very many days before I NEED to have them. I have discovered something part of my LOVE is in the sauce. I LOVE spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce stuff in general. These are 2 ways I can have my weight loss not sabotaged but still eat the flavors I LOVE!!!

Spaghetti squash. This overly HUGE delicious meal right here only 325 calories and that is because I am starving today and wanted 2 cups of squash. That is right 2 cups. Plus I choose not to have meat the last few times i've eaten it because I am also a cheese addict. I leave out the meat and add one and a half ounces of cheese which KILLS your calories. This sauce is the lowest calorie one I have EVER found. Only 40 calories in a half a cup. That means when a cup of squash is only 42 calories and I had 2. A half cup sauce is 40 and I had a whole cup. I also had a half cup mushrooms and one and a half ounces of cheese on this HUGE meal I can be stuffed and still have enough calories to eat dinner:) If this was real spaghetti and normal ragu I would be at 1,ooo with just sauce and noodles. That is not even cheese and who wants to eat spaghetti without cheese? MAKES squash sound pretty darn appetizing to me:) Plus squash has tons of vitamins in it. I was surprised to see that this sauce has 3.3 grams of fiber per serving. That means that meal also has 10 grams of fiber. I Just might eat a smaller portion again for dinner it sounds so good:)
