30 day METHOD

30 Day method- First thought after reading this book was...Sounds like QUICK weight loss, convincing enough that I'm giving it a try:) Tried it for 15 days. Lost 10 pounds had to stop. It is NOT healthy & I knew this but I wanted quick results(even though that makes you lose muscle & slows down your metabolism.) This diet does NOT offer enough calories or protein to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I don't just want to be thin, I want to be healthy. Plus, I want to go to the gym, not stay home & do her same dumb dance every day. I am sure she has some great stuff and the few meals that were edible I may make again sometime. I do like that she uses so many vegetables. This method is NOT one I would suggest following however. If you are like me & have blood sugar problems or take certain medications that require you to eat protein, DO NOT DO THIS DIET!
