RUNNER'S

I LOve this magazine.  It is full of great information.  I wish I was running up to the standard that they speak of.  I did run 2 miles this week at a 6.  That was a big deal for me being I started at a 4.5.   I really want to work on my endurance.  I make it a mile then turn up the MPH to 8 for a minute or so then back down to 5.5 to recover then the next thing I know I am holding onto the sides trying to regain my energy to keep going.   In 5 miles I probably hold the sides 2.5 throughout the entire thing off & on.  This is leading me to decide I may need to start running outside.  My worry about that is then I might start walking when I get tired and have no rails to hold.  I have a lot of work to do still.   I can tell I am getting stronger,  it is getting easier.  I guess overall that is the goal just keep getting stronger, faster and better.
