HOP KRISPY KREME LOVE YOU!!!!

I was reading THIS girls blog the other day,  my thought was I need to run more so I can eat like her:)  I'm really NOT kidding, that is what I thought. Then I started craving doughnuts.   Then said to myself, until you do run as much as her you probably shouldn't read her blog LOL. The next thing I thought is, tomorrow I am suppose to run a measly 4 miles without stopping.  I seem to be getting more exhausted every day, every second.  Is it the low calories?  Am I not eating enough to give my body the fuel it needs?  I should be losing more weight,  since it's coming off so slow maybe I need to REALLY shock it!!!!!  Maybe I was just looking for a good EXCUSE to eat a doughnut,  heck it all sounds good to me.  SO I bought a dozen Krispy Kremes.   I ATE NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 5 of those suckers throughout the day and LOVED every freaking one.

With the other HEALTHY meals I started the day with.  The  yummy candy I ate when I decided if I'm going to fail,  might as well fail big and start fresh in the morning, I ate a DELICIOUS 3,188 calories today.  WHO DOES THAT!!!!!  I think it was just what I needed:)

 I have TONS of energy.  More energy tonight than I have had the past 2 weeks.     YEP,  I think my body was in need of some serious sugar or (I like to call it energy it sounds healthier:))  It is now so ready for an AWESOME run in the morning:)
