
For many 1 week of running is an everyday process. It was for me years ago off and on but
NOT in the last
5 years. Yesterday my only goal for my 2 mile run was to not stop!!! YA it took me 22 something minutes but I didn't stop. I am officially into my second week of my 10k training,
YAHOOOOO. I realize the dirty dash is
NOT a normal 10 k. I just want to know I can make it that far without DYING:) Next week is much harder. The runs are 2 miles & 3 can't wait!!!
