NO MORE EXCUSES: TO DO OR NOT TO DO

STARTING WEIGHT

191 lost close to 40 pounds this year so far. Gained some back and am not sure what week I am on. I am stating over with week 1 at the weight I am now.
WEEK1-165
WEEK2-169 not sure what happened. Okay really I do!!!Quit working out 2 hours a day and ate garbage. I guess that will do that to you.
WEEK3-166
Week4-163
week1-170.6 YA that's right I am starting over YET again. However I have a plan. At least for the next 8 weeks:)
Week2-167.8
WEEK1-Thats right starting over again just plant a big L on my head 182. I will not be starting over EVER again. This is the winning time.
week 7-167
week10-159
over the last few months i have went back up to 174 need to get busy again
